Sharing the Gospel

Bible pages

“As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.” Proverbs 27:17 (NIV)

Einstein said, “You do not really understand something unless you can explain it to your grandmother.” “Do you understand the Bible and the concept of Christianity well? Discussions with others can help clear your mind.  If you fully understand, you can break it down into simple terms so that others can understand. If you do not fully understand the concepts yourself, you need to gather more information. And like explaining the Bible to a loved grandmother, you should be able to explain it in loving words to others because love is the greatest commandment. You should be able to say, “All, everything that I understand, I understand only because I love. – Leo Tolstoy.

Jesus said, “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.” Matthew 28:19-20. Just be sure that you have the right doctrine because, Jesus also says “If anyone causes one of these little ones—those who believe in me—to stumble, it would be better for them to have a large millstone hung around their neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea.” Matthew 18:6. Take note also of Matthew 24:4, “And Jesus answered and said to them, “See to it that no one misleads you.”
