To be Born Again

Baby Baptism

For God so greatly loved and dearly prized the world that He [even] gave up His only begotten (unique) Son, so that whoever believes in (trusts in, clings to, relies on) Him shall not perish (come to destruction, be lost) but have eternal (everlasting) life. John 3:16 (AMP)

The conversation Jesus had with Nicodemus when he came to visit him at night after beholding his teachings and miraculous works (John Chapter 3) contains the two most important principles in the life of a Christian; to believe in Christ and to be born again, not of the flesh but of the Spirit so that Christ can be master of your life. Jesus said to Nicodemus, “… I assure you, most solemnly I tell you, that unless a person is born again (anew, from above), he cannot ever see (know, be acquainted with, and experience) the kingdom of God. John 3:3. Jesus also summed up his purpose on earth with the famous words,For God so greatly loved and dearly prized the world that He [even] gave up His only begotten (unique) Son, so that whoever believes in (trusts in, clings to, relies on) Him shall not perish (come to destruction, be lost) but have eternal (everlasting) life”. John 3:16

Are you born again? If not take a step of faith.
