Jesus at Your Door

“Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hears my voice, and opens the door, I will come in to him, and will eat with him, and he with me.” (Revelation 3:20 KJV)

Who have you invited to share in your Christmas festivities? Have you invited Jesus? He wants to be your friend and live with you, but he cannot come in unless you hear his voice and open the door to your heart. Can you hear his voice in the Christmas carols, in the Bible readings, and in the spirit of joy and goodwill in the people around you?

He wants you to be born again in him so that he can transform your life. He is the meaning behind the season. No matter how many ways you seek to enjoy your life, you will always feel restless until you invite him in. He is the sole satisfier.
