No Fear

“They will have no fear of bad news; their hearts are steadfast, trusting in the LORD” Psalms 112:7

God is always in control; nothing by-passes Him. We should therefore not live in fear, constantly panicking when we hear about calamities and wars; sickness or even death of family, friends, or those in power; wondering how we will live through job losses and business failure; or how we will overcome all manner of other trials and tribulations.

We should never despair for his grace is sufficient to carry us in our weakness. No matter what we have to endure we have to trust him for he loves us; and all things work out together for good for those who have been called to his purpose. What we need to do is to confide with God and to lean on his strength, comfort and understanding.

There is nothing too hard for God and you (or me) working together. So our hearts should rejoice and be thankful; for he is always there for us.
