Are you amazed when you think of God’s creation? The sun, our nearest star is part of the Milky Way: a galaxy estimated to have 100 to 400 billion stars. There are probably trillions of galaxies. God says He knows each of these stars by name because he is Elohim, God the Creator. He made each one of them. He also made the planets revolving around the sun which include our earth. The earth has an estimated 100 million species of both plants and animals each with billions of members. They include the 7 billion people on earth.

What then is your significance? How can you compare your power and strength to the one who created you?

And do you know that you are important to him? He knows each one of us by name. None of us is missing from his radar. He knows our frailties, our passions and our every need because he is the strong one who sees us – El Roi. Trust then in the Lord for he is a strong tower and an unshakeable refuge. Fear him and trust him because you were created for his glory. Only he is worthy of your praise.
