The Higher Way

Many people are subjective. They are only able to see things from their own narrow perspective.  "We do not see things as THEY are, we see them as WE are” .The Talmund. People justify things based on their own motives as Arthur Schopenhauer  said, “Every man takes the limits of his own field of vision for the limits of the world”. Some people have little experience and interest in what drives the lives of others and do not empathize with how various factors such as political outcomes affect others.

Do you believe that you are right in thinking as you do? You may not be. As Antonio Porchia said “If you do not raise your eyes you will think that you are the highest point”. You may be at the lowest ladder. There are many ways of looking at things and God’s way is the higher way. Pray for the love and wisdom to see it and act on it. “Open my eyes that I may see wonderful things in your law”. Psalm  119:18
