The spark born out of discovery of your purpose ensures that you use your God given talents to the full. You get the drive to pursue your goal relentlessly. “Without inspiration, the best powers of the mind remain dormant. There is a fuel in us which needs to be ignited with sparks”. Abraham’s faith and his love for his nephew Lot enabled him to pursue the enemies who had captured Sodom and allied kingdoms with only a small army. He did not accept any gifts from these wicked kingdoms for their delivery. Instead he gave a thanksgiving tithe to Melchizedek, the Priest of the Lord to show God his appreciation for the victory he had been given. God was his reward. In Genesis 15:1 God said, “Do not be afraid, Abram. I am your shield, your exceeding great reward”.
