Love More in the New Year

“I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh”. (Ezekiel 36:26 N.I.V)

A heart of stone is hard, cold and unyielding, while a heart of flesh can feel love for God and all men.  A heart of flesh is compassionate, kind, patient, nurturing, and a suitable environment for the Holy Spirit. Is your heart hard?  Resolve this New Year to get a new heart with the right desires. Christians are reminded that sometimes you may be the only Bible others read and therefore need to “…show that you are a letter from Christ, the result of our ministry, written not with ink but with the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of human hearts”. 2 Corinthians 3:3

Resolve to make time for your family and friends and to help others more.
